Contract To Hire

Contract to Hire is a fantastic option that we provide our clients and candidates. The contract period, typically 3 to 6 months is a great opportunity for the employer to ensure the contractor meets the organizations requirements and also enough time for the employee to learn the day to day responsibilities. At the end of the contract period, both the employer and employee will have enough knowledge and experience to move forward with a direct hire relationship.
